Chief Resilience Officer

We assist Top Management in the coordination and implementation of corporate resilience strategies.

Who is the Chief Resilience officer?

Business continuity, IT disaster recovery and resilience are important and challenging topics, but they are often managed by different business functions and without coordination between them. This penalizes the company's ability to respond quickly to survive the most serious events.

The Chief Resilience Officer (CRO) is a new, still evolving corporate figure (executive or senior manager) who carries out this function of coordinating business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber security, communication and general management of operational risks to provide immediate responses to accidents and crises.

The CRO ensures that the organization is able to adapt to any event and improve its processes so as to more effectively mitigate future critical events while minimizing operational, economic and reputational damage.
